Strickly Boarding Company is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days - in the condition that you received it - and we will gladly make an exchange, credit or refund.
After the 30 day guarantee period we accept returns for wrong sizes or manufacturer defects only. A wrong size or defective product can be exchanged for another size of the same product or for credit.
You must pay a $10 re-stocking fee in order to complete your exchange and send it to the address below along with the product you are returning. Please package return in a padded envelope or box to ensure the return is not lost or damaged. $10 Cash or check made payable to Strickly Boarding.
